LABL is a customer (fan) relationship management software which enables users to share their content; other users to enjoy content and for some to do both. We refer to those users who share content as “Creators” and those users who pay to view Creators’ content as “Fans”. This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices of myLabl, Inc. (“Labl” “we”, “us” or “our”) and how we handle your personal data when you visit our site www.mylabl.com (the “Website”), any related sites, pages, services and goods or any other website operated by Labl that links to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with a clear explanation of what personal data we collect, when, why and how we collect, use and share your personal data and it explains your statutory rights.
Please review the following to understand how we process and safeguard personal data about you. By using any of our Services, whether by visiting our website or otherwise, and/or by voluntarily providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the practices contained in this Privacy Notice. Personal data we collect

We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.
By accessing and/or using the Site, you authorize us to gather, parse, and retain data related to or generated by your use of the Site and collect, use and disclose that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that they do not provide Personal Information to or through the Site.

Third-party sources. We may combine personal data we receive from third party vendors and/or other commercially available sources with the personal data we collected. The third party sources from which we may receive personal data are:

If you choose to activate, access, or connect your account on or to a third-party platform or network, such as Facebook/Instagram/Google/Twitter/LinkedIn we may collect data from that platform or network, the data we collect may include your profile name, avatar, etc.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, tags and scripts) to improve and personalize your experience, provide our Services, analyze website performance and for marketing purposes.
Data about others. Users of our Services may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us and share their contact data with us. Please do not refer someone to us, or share their contact data with us, unless you have their permission to do so.
How we use and share your personal data
We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

Communications.
If you provide an email address through our customer support page, we may send email to the email address you provide to us to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as customer support or system maintenance. If you send us an email or message with questions or comments, then we may use your Personal Information to respond to your questions or comments, and we may save your questions or comments for future reference.
Vendors and Service Providers.
We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of the Site.
Affiliates.
We may share your personal data with our corporate parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Payment processors and fraud detection service providers.
We share personal data with payment processors and fraud detection service providers for the purposes of facilitating payments done via the Services and securing the Services and protecting it against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities.
Advertising partners.
We may share your personal data with third-party advertising companies for the interest-based advertising purposes described above.
Third-party platforms and social media networks.
Our Services may contain certain social media features, such as sharing content from Labl to external social media networks. If you have enabled features or functionality that connect our Services to a third-party platform or social media network (such as by linking your account to a third party’s services), we may disclose the personal data that you authorized us to share. We do not control the third party’s use of your personal data and such third party’s use will be in accordance with such party’s privacy policy.
Professional advisors.
Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
As Required By Law.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, we reserve the right to, and we may, access, preserve and/or disclose your Personal Information, other account information, non-personal information and content if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with government or law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) protect or defend yours’, ours’ or others’ rights, property or safety or the Site; (c) if we otherwise believe that such action is necessary to conform with the requirements of the law or legal process; and/or (d) in an emergency to protect the health and safety of Site users or the general public.
Non-Personal Information.
We use non-personal information in a variety of ways, including to help analyze site traffic, understand user needs and trends, carry out targeted promotional activities and to improve our services. We may use your non-personal information by itself or aggregate it with information we have obtained from others or other sources. We may share your non-personal information with our affiliated companies and third parties to achieve these objectives and others. We also reserve the right to use IP addresses to (a) identify a visitor when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the Site rules; (b) fulfill a government request; (c) conform with the requirements of the law or legal process; (d) protect or defend our legal rights or property, the Site, or other users; or (e) in an emergency to protect the health and safety of the Site’s users or the general public.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers.
If any of us or the Site is involved in a change in control, merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership and/or sale assets, or if the event of a transition of the Site to another provider, then your information (including Personal Information) may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract. The use of your information following any of the foregoing events will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information was collected by us.
Other sites and services
Our Services may contain links to third party websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into websites or other online services that are not associated with Labl. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions nor are they subject to this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each of the other third party websites, mobile applications and online services you visit.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as that term is defined in rules implementing the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
No part of the Site is directed to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and learn that such child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, then you may alert us at hello@mylabl.com. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 may review and request deletion of such child’s Personal Information as well as prohibit the use thereof.
If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, then we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
Security
Unfortunately, the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide or transmit to us. We do not accept liability for, and you agree that we are not liable or responsible for, the inadvertent, unintentional disclosure, theft or destruction of your Personal Information or other information. Do not share any information on or through the Site if you are concerned about the unauthorized access to such information by a third party.
By using the Site or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Site. If we learn of a security system’s breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Site, or by sending an email to you at any e-mail address you may have provided us; provided, however, delays in notification may occur while we take necessary measures to determine the scope of the breach and restore reasonable integrity to the system as well as for the legitimate needs of law enforcement if notification would impede a criminal
International data transfer
Some of the personal data you provide to us will be stored or processed by us or on our behalf by third parties and may be located in other jurisdictions, such as the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
Changes
From time to time, we may desire to use Personal Information for uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our practices change regarding previously collected Personal Information in a way that would be materially less restrictive than stated in the version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time we collected the information, then we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent to any such uses as may be required by law.
